Resolution 2010 - Learn How To Use My Computer!!
It's about time I learn how to get this blog up-dated. I have so many grandchildren to show off ( 10 with who knows how many on the way) plus, I need to get up to speed on this stuff they call modern-day technology. Tonight, Nicole will be giving me lessons and perhaps I may surprise you and myself at how well I did. I am going to try and start however without any help by adding a picture of my latest grandson,
Isaac Wahlen Markham.

The New Kids on the Block
These are the latest additions to the Hooper Family. Tyson "Ty" Gregory Markham ( top picture) was born on April 15th and David "Everest" Hooper (bottom picture) was born on April 10th. We now have 6 grandsons and 3 granddaughters which gives us the sum total of 9 grandchildren. Everest has been kind to his parents going to bed a midnight and sleeping until 5:00 a.m. Whose baby does that? Not any of ours. Ty on the other hand is creating bags under his mother's eyes. He thinks when the lights go out it's time to party! Dave and I are both glad to have them here healthy regardless of their sleeping habits. It's also nice to have a few more grandchildren close by us.

When It's Spring Time In The Rockies
I believe this has been one of the longest winters I have endured. I am so looking forward to Spring, flowers, sunshine, the sound of sprinklers, lawnmowers and a motorcycle going by. None of these things can be seen or heard in the dead of winter. Maybe the sun peeking through every now and then, but those days are few and far between with all of the inversion in Utah. So, here's to Spring and Summer -- and warm days ahead.
